Who we are

This website is run by Contoura. You can contact us about your data at hello@contoura.ai.

What we collect and why

If you ask to be notified, we collect your email address and nothing else. We use it to tell you when Contoura opens and to send occasional updates about Contoura.

We send you a confirmation email first. We don't add you to the list until you confirm.

We also record the page address you signed up from, which may show the site that sent you to us (for example LinkedIn). We don't record your IP address or browser details, and the site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

Who handles your data for us

• Kit (Kit, Inc., United States) stores the list and sends the emails.
• Netlify (Netlify, Inc., United States) hosts this website and passes your email address to Kit.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this page. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.

These companies may process data outside Australia and outside the European Union. We use them only for the purposes above.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link, and we act on it straight away. You can also write to hello@contoura.ai to see the data we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to us first, then to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, or to the data protection authority where you live.
